Confirmation of production of industrial products on the territory of the Republic of Belarus
The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is authorized to issue documents confirming the production of products on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, which are determined by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 14, 2022 No. 80:
• an act of examination on the compliance of manufactured industrial products with the requirements for products manufactured in the territory of the Republic of Belarus
• certificate of origin of goods form ST-1
An examination certificate is issued for industrial products that meet the requirements established in the appendix to Decree No. 80.
Information about such products and their manufacturers is included by the unitary enterprises of the BelCCI in the register of industrial products of the Republic of Belarus.
The basis for inclusion in the register is the presence of an examination certificate on the conformity of the manufactured products with the requirements for the purpose of classifying them as products manufactured on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Certificate of origin of goods form CT-1 is issued for industrial products that are not specified in the annex to Decree No. 80, in accordance with the criteria established by the Rules for Determining the Country of Origin of Goods, which are an integral part of the Agreement on the Rules for Determining the Country of Origin of Goods in the Commonwealth of Independent States dated 20 November 2009.
