The unitary enterprise for rendering services “Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry” is to inform that the Government of the Republic of Belarus delegates the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to issue the certificates of origin of goods and perform all actions related to their execution (examination of the country of origin of goods determination, provision of consultations).
Recently there have been frequent cases of offering similar services by other legal entities, for example: the group of companies “Standard of Quality”, indicating the terms and prices for the services, which are several times higher than the prices, established at our enterprise, and the terms, not corresponding to the terms established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
