List of benefits to BelCCI members

Within the framework of membership fee payment, BelCCI offers its members the following facilities:

To take part:

· in the management of business forums organized by BelCCI on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

· in the management of B2B sessions and direct negotiations with potential partners on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

· in the management of meetings organized by BelCCI with the heads of foreign establishments of the Republic of Belarus and representatives of foreign diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Belarus;

· in the management of BelCCI special-purpose committees;

· in education programs and other events organized within the framework of international technical assistance.

To get:

· newsletters on the events held by BelCCI;

· news bulletin “Mercury” issued by BelCCI;

· advice on fair participation;

· advice on security and commercialization of intellectual property items.

BelCCI (upon the request of a BelCCI member) has the right to:

· distribute information materials about the BelCCI member during the meetings organized and held by BelCCI;

· represent BelCCI members in advance during B2B sessions and forums held abroad;

· extend commercial offers among foreign business groups in association with BelCCI partner organizations;

· direct inquiries of BelCCI members to the foreign partner organizations, BelCCI foreign representative offices, Belarusian and foreign diplomatic missions and trade representative offices upon separate issues on foreign economic activity management;

· publish commercial and investment offers of BelCCI members on the website of BelCCI;

· publish information materials about the BelCCI member in the news bulletin “Mercury”.

BelCCI has the right to:

· add information on the BelCCI member into the BelCCI member database and publish it on the website of BelCCI;

· publish information on BelCCI export members in the catalogue “Belarusian Exporters”.

BelCCI offers the following services for its members (at 50% discount):

· issuance of certificates on goods (works, services) production availability (non-availability) on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

· authentication of the documents used in international turnover;

· verification of force majeure events;

· renting of conference halls, negotiation rooms and other facilities with technical equipment for holding business events;

· renting of mobile equipment for simultaneous interpreting;

· publication of full page advertisement in the news bulletin “Mercury”, catalogue “Belarusian Exporters”, information edition “Belarus. Business Partner” and in other editions issued by BelCCI.

BelCCI offers the following services for its members (at 10% discount):

· certification of the goods origin, as well as the examination of the country of origin, authorization and issuance of various forms of certificates of goods origin (A Form, CT-1 Form, Common Form Certificate and others);

· own-produced products (works, services) certification, as well as the examination on the reference of the manufacturer’s products (works, services) to the own-produced products (works, services), issuance of the certificates of own-produced products (works, services);

· execution and issuance of the certificates of free sale;

· execution, authorization and issuance of ATA Carnets.
