Certification for export outside the republic of belarus
A certificate confirming the country of origin of goods is required, as a rule, by the customs authorities of the importing country in order to implement tariff and non-tariff measures to regulate the import of goods into the customs territory of the respective country and the export of goods from this territory (for example, to calculate the corresponding import duty rate, also a preferential duty, if the goods are granted preferential treatment).
The unitary enterprise “Minsk Branch of the BelCCI” issues certificates of origin of goods, depending on the state to which the goods are exported and according to:
• ÑÒ-1 form: for export to the CIS countries;
• ÑÒ-2 form: for export to Serbia;
• ÑÒ-3 form: for export to Iran;
• À form: for export of products to the EU, USA, Canada, Japan, Turkey and Switzerland;
• in the form of “EAV” when exporting products to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
• Textile products form: for export to the EU;
• special form set by Mexico;
• according to the General Form when exporting products to the countries that do not establish special requirements to the form, design and acknowledgment of certificates of goods origin or in the cases that do not provide for preferences.

• Instruction on the procedure for acknowledgment and issue of the certificates of origin of goods, adopted by the decision of the Presidium of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (minutes of the meeting dated December 27, 2017 No. 8).
